Managed website terms

KJ Creative provides your website as a fully managed digital service. Your package includes design, development, hosting, security, maintenance and ongoing platform support. Source code and hosting infrastructure are not included as transferred deliverables. Your business retains ownership of its domain, brand assets, uploaded content and business data. A separate migration or platform buyout may be quoted if required.

Minimum service term

3 months from launch, unless a longer term is stated on your specific package.

Billing frequency

Monthly, starting the month your site launches.

Renewal

Your plan renews automatically each billing cycle until you or KJ Creative cancel it.

Cancellation notice

30 days' written notice by email, at any time after the minimum term.

Grace period

7 days after a missed payment before hosting is paused.

When service ends

Your site is taken offline. Your domain, brand assets, and business data remain yours and can be exported on request.

Content & data export

A full export of your content, uploaded files, and business data is available on request at the end of service.

Migration or buyout

A one-time migration to another platform, or a buyout of the completed platform, can be quoted separately on request.

Third-party costs

Domain registration, payment-gateway processing fees, and any premium third-party subscriptions you choose are billed separately by those providers, not by KJ Creative.

You should ideally own your own domain registration; KJ Creative manages the DNS and technical connection to it.
